Bay Area native Alexandra is a lifelong fitness lover with a passion for movement, motivation, and helping others feel their best. She’s been teaching HIIT and Inferno Hot Pilates since 2018 and earned her 26/2 Yoga certification in 2021. Known for her high-energy classes and killer playlists, Alexandra loves combining strength, sweat, and fun to help you feel strong, challenged, and inspired.
Certified in Inferno Hot Pilates since 2018 and yoga since 2021, Alexandra teaches IHP, weights and bands, HIIT, mat Pilates, and multiple 26/2 yoga formats—including Beats. She also leads guided meditation and Tibetan sound baths.
My intention is to help you build a lasting, balanced relationship with movement—one that feels supportive, empowering, and natural in your everyday life. Through HIIT, Pilates, and yoga, we create strength, tone, and well-being in a way that feels both uplifting and sustainable.
