Alexandra grew up in the Bay Area as an avid runner, soccer player, hiker, and overall outdoors and fitness enthusiast. This passion, accompanied by her love of people and motivating them to be their best selves, provided a natural next step for her to take on an active role in the health and fitness industry. She discovered 26/2 Yoga, HIIT Fitness, and Inferno Hot Pilates in 2017 and fell in love. She began teaching HIIT and IHP in 2018 and has enjoyed every second of it since. She loves how challenging these high intensity, low impact workouts can be and takes pride in curating kick ass classes with awesome playlists! She completed her 26/2 Yoga certification in 2021. She loves the lengthening, strengthening, toning, and tightening benefits of yoga (not to mention the amazing stretching!). She avidly promotes how perfectly these workouts complement one another and can’t wait to share her practice with you. So come build some muscle, burn some calories, get super sweaty, and have an amazing time with this fun, freckled, fierce fitness fanatic!
Alexandra completed her Inferno Hot Pilates certification in 2018. She teaches traditional Inferno Hot Pilates (both 45 and 60 minute classes), as well as weights and bands classes. She has also added HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and mat Pilates to her repertoire. Alexandra completed her Yoga certification in 2021. She teaches traditional 26/2 90 minutes, 26/2 60 minute, and 26/2 Beats (yoga to music!).
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes an innate part of who you are and your lifestyle. Combining HIIT, Pilates and Yoga is the perfect balance of lengthening, strengthening, toning, and tightening! Every day we wake up and have the ability to workout, we should take advantage of it. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
